REQUIRED SKILLS

Must-Have Requirements

• 4-5+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience building and maintaining data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and transformation pipelines
• Strong experience with Google BigQuery
• Experience with Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
• Experience developing workflows using Airflow / Cloud Composer
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML, relational databases)
• Ability to independently support and optimize production data pipelines
• Experience with data modeling and analytics/reporting datasets
• Experience using GitHub for source control and development
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)

Highly Preferred

• Experience with telecom/contact center data
• Familiarity with call detail records (CDR), transcripts, IVR data, or voice analytics
• Experience supporting Avaya to Genesys migrations
• Experience with Cloud Data Fusion and Cloud Functions
• Experience with data lake architecture and cloud-native data engineering
• Google Cloud Platform Certifications (nice to have)
