Lead Network Engineer

Required Skills:
• Extensive background in Cisco switching and routing
• Extensive background and experience with Cisco wireless, or equivalent.
• Hands-on expertise with modern UTM and next-generation firewall/security appliances.
• Demonstrated experience with Network Access Control Systems and principles
• Demonstrated experience with network management and SNMP monitoring tools
• Proven experience in leading network engineering of large-scale network projects 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time and project management skills (from an engineer perspective vs. project manager). 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (preferred): 
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher (e.g., CCIE)
 • Relevant certifications in UTM or next-generation firewall technologies
