We are seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to lead and elevate our environmental consulting operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can navigate complex site assessments, regulatory frameworks, and multidisciplinary teams with confidence and precision.
Whether you are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or a seasoned environmental leader with deep consulting experience, this role offers the chance to take ownership of projects from concept through completion while playing a key role in business growth.
What You’ll Be Leading
- Oversight and review of Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Management of subsurface investigations including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion studies
- Preparation and review of environmental reports and regulatory submissions
- Direct coordination with NYSDEC and other regulatory agencies
- Full lifecycle project management from proposal through execution and delivery
- Leadership of internal teams, subcontractors, and technical consultants
- Support of business development efforts and client relationship management
What You Bring
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or equivalent senior-level experience in environmental consulting)
- Strong working knowledge of ASTM standards and NYSDEC regulations
- Proven experience in environmental due diligence, site investigations, and remediation
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining technical accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
