Job Title: Business Analyst (HCM / Workday)

Location: USA Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR Technology, HCM, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading HR technology initiatives, with a preference for Workday expertise, and possess hands-on knowledge of AI and Agentic AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology programs and business analysis initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HCM solutions.
• Support Workday and HR system integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Drive process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to AI and Agentic AI initiatives within the HR technology landscape.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• Experience with Workday, preferably including integrations.
• Proven experience leading HR technology programs.
• Hands-on exposure to AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
