Job Description

We're partnering with a leading Australian insurance organisation to recruit an experienced Palantir Foundry Developer to enhance and evolve its data-driven fraud prevention capabilities.
Joining a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll work across the Foundry ecosystem, delivering rapid-build development, application enhancements and platform optimisations. From data pipelines and modelling through to workflows, dashboards and user interfaces, you'll turn business requirements into practical solutions that deliver genuine value.
The opportunity

  • Develop and enhance applications using Palantir Foundry's low-code/no-code capabilities.
  • Build and optimise data pipelines, integrations and data models.
  • Create interactive applications, workflows, case management functionality and dashboards.
  • Respond to user requests, delivering fixes, enhancements and performance improvements.
  • Support testing, deployments and continuous improvement to maintain platform stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, QA and support teams to deliver solutions from concept through to production.
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years' full-stack development experience, including at least 3 years hands-on with Palantir Foundry.
  • Strong Python, PySpark and JavaScript skills.
  • Experience with Foundry tools such as Workshop, Quiver, Contour, Slate and Pipeline Builder.
  • Solid knowledge of Ontology design, data modelling, ETL and data integration.
  • Experience building interactive UIs, workflows and data visualisations.
  • Familiarity with automated testing, Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Exposure to Palantir AIP, cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), and insurance or fraud prevention is highly regarded.
If you're passionate about Palantir Foundry and building technology that makes a real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
