We're seeking dedicated educators to join an impactful organization that transforms the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference within your community through flexible and trauma-informed tutoring.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with diverse SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, as determined by your expertise.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• 2+ professional references.
