Advanced Systems Analyst

Starbucks is seeking an Advanced Systems Analyst to enhance the technology that powers our stores and global operations. In this role, you'll analyze complex business processes, translate partner and customer needs into system requirements, and design solutions that improve store efficiency and guest experience. You'll work closely with operations, supply chain, and technology teams to optimize POS, inventory, and data flows, lead impact analysis, support testing and implementation, and provide insights through reporting. Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes across retail and operations functions.
• Translate partner and customer needs into clear system and data requirements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and supply chain teams to design solutions.
• Support POS, inventory, and related enterprise systems enhancements and integrations.
• Lead impact analysis, test planning, and UAT for new features and system changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, and technical specifications.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide operational and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
• Support change management, training coordination, and post-implementation review.
• Ensure solutions align with Starbucks values of sustainability, inclusion, and community.
