Role: Customer Service Experience 
Location: Plano, TX (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job 
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday
Shift Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM CST
Job Details : 

• Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis

• Improve processes, reduce repetitive work, and identify automation opportunities

• Work with CRM, Zendesk, order management, and other tools

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations

• Analyze customer/support data such as CSAT and ticket trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Customer service/troubleshooting experience

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems

• 2–4+ years customer service experience preferred

• Excel/Google Sheets, e-commerce, AI/automation experience preferred

• Must pass a background check
