Must-Have Skills:

✅ 8+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience
✅ Experience leading QE initiatives or managing QE teams
✅ Expertise in Functional, Performance & End-to-End Testing
✅ Strong Test Automation experience with BDD/Gherkin frameworks
✅ Java development or Java-based automation experience
✅ CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins preferred)
✅ Strong software engineering fundamentals and coding standards
✅ Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
✅ Experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
