We're recruiting for a growing healthcare business in the Southwell area who are looking for a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys consultative conversations with customers. The company operates within the healthcare sector, providing solutions that make a real difference to people's lives. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth, developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into sales.

The role

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, nurturing prospective customers and developing relationships with healthcare professionals, organisations and other key stakeholders. This is a consultative sales role where you'll take the time to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions and guide customers through the sales process. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

The successful Sales Co-ordinator will be tenacious, self-motivated and commercially minded, with a genuine desire to achieve results. You'll enjoy speaking to people, building rapport and creating opportunities through proactive sales activity. Key responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator role:

• Managing inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Following up quotations, proposals and sales leads to maximise conversion rates
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Maintaining accurate records and sales activity on the CRM system
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

The ideal Sales Co-ordinator candidate will have:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a Sales Co-ordinator role
• Ideally, face-to-face consultative sales experience with a strong ability to build relationships
• A tenacious, self-motivated approach and a growth mindset
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage decision-makers
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
