Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Multimedia Experience Designer, Sales Enablement to join their team. This is a hybrid position in San Diego, CA; Plano, TX; Atlanta, GA; or New York, NY (2 days per week in-office).

Your Mission:
The Sales Excellence team is seeking a highly creative Multimedia Experience Designer to be the lead visual artist and storyteller for how our sales teams learn and apply sales methodologies and coaching frameworks. In this role, you won't just create content; you will produce unforgettable learning moments that feel more like a digital cinema experience than traditional training. You will be dedicated to transforming complex sales methodologies into engaging, cinematic, and interactive media, blending high-end visual artistry with learning science (videos, simulations, gamification, etc.). Your mission is to establish a new visual language and brand recognition for our programs, leveraging dynamic animation, video, technical writing and graphic design to captivate our audience and drive elite performance. You will collaborate with a team of talented instructional designers to bring the vision to life.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Cinematic Video Production: Own the end-to-end creation of high-impact camera facing video and podcast style content, from scripting and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and post-production; You will transform raw concepts into polished, narrative-driven videos that make learning stick
* Design and Animate with Purpose: Create and produce compelling 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and kinetic typography that break down complex ideas into simple, elegant, and memorable visuals
* Creates compelling visual brand: Conceptualize, design, and maintain a cohesive and sophisticated visual brand identity for all sales excellence programs; You will create everything from program logos and style guides to beautiful, intuitive user interfaces for our learning modules

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Design Technology, Media Production, or a relevant field
* 3+ years in design technology, with a focus on leading and innovating in complex domains
* Proficiency in video rendering tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, Descript Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to generate high-quality video outputs from raw footage, effectively combining elements like effects and transitions, sound design, animations and motion graphics
* Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts verbally and in writing
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* A world-class portfolio showcasing your expertise in multimedia design, video production, gamified experiences, and animation, with a strong emphasis on narrative and visual storytelling
* Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding, capable of creating cohesive visual identities for large-scale, sustainable programs (methodology, advanced skills, coaching, and live large-scale event investments)
* Advanced skills in Articulate 360 and proficiency in video rendering tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro+ Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, Descript, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or AI-video authoring tools like Google Vids, Gemini, with a demonstrated ability to generate high-quality video outputs from raw footage, effectively combining elements like effects and transitions, sound design, animations, and motion graphics
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:
* Relevant certifications in design technology, AI/ML, or related fields are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
