Project Details:

  • This candidate will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations.
  • Candidates will be responsible for leading project teams and managing activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Duties:
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
  • Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
  • Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
  • Liaison with leadership as needed
Top Skills:
  • 5 plus years of project or product delivery
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
  • Experience working in Agile environment
Nice To Have:
  • Operations experience
  • LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Note:
  • 1 delivery manager and 1 LIQ trainer
  • 12 months possible extension
  • Primary location would be USA-NC-CHARLOTTE-1305 W W T Harris Blvd-142913 also open to the Irving location
  • Interview process: 1 round panel Teams interviews

Pay Range: $XXX - $XXX
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
