Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing procurement activities for key equipment and service providers across datacenter projects, from early-stage construction to operations. You will ensure vendors on-boarding, efficient sourcing, cost accuracy, and adherence to contract frameworks, supporting overall project execution, readiness for operational handover and during the operations phase.

• Lead tendering processes for Services, equipment, spare parts, and external consultants, excluding corporate/general services.
• Secure and maintain accurate budgetary pricing from vendors during early project phases.
• Coordinate with vendors for qualification and ensure alignment with project specifications and commercial terms.
• Support procurement documentation, internal approvals, and record maintenance.
• Proactively support the Operations team on site for all site level procurement.
• Assist with procurement interface between design and execution phase.
• Ensure Procurement Governance, QHSE, information security, and corporate compliance standards are upheld in all procurement activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Master’s is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement within DC infrastructure, IT industry, or Telecom industry, Experience with consultant sourcing and services procurement is essential.
• Proven tendering and commercial evaluation
• Cost benchmarking and pricing support experience
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Contract and compliance management
