Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Part-Time / Job Share
A leading health-focused membership body is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its finance team on a part-time, job-share basis.
This is a senior and influential finance role, leading on financial planning, analysis and business partnering across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders and budget holders, providing the insight and challenge needed to support effective decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.
Key details:
Salary: £60,535 - £68,962 FTE (pro rata for 17.5 hours)
Part-time - 17.5 hours per week, as a job share
Largely remote - maximum one day per week in the Central London office, usually Wednesdays
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning
Develop multi-year forecasts and support long-term financial planning
Provide high-quality business partnering to senior stakeholders and budget holders
Produce and present financial analysis to senior leadership and governing committees
Manage and develop one Finance Business Partner
We're looking for a qualified accountant with broad FP&A leadership experience, including modelling, scenario planning, budgeting, forecasting and management accounting.
Previous experience within a charity, membership body and/or trade union environment is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and advanced Excel skills.
