Job Description

We are seeking a Teamcenter Application Support & Incident Analyst to support the day-to-day operation, triage, investigation and resolution of incidents relating to the Teamcenter PLM environment. The role will work closely with engineering, IT, business users, and third-party support partners to ensure issues are assessed, prioritised, investigated and resolved efficiently, while maintaining strong user communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Teamcenter in a production environment. Experience within the Aerospace & Defence sector would be beneficial, though this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

·Triage and manage incidents, service requests, and application issues relating to Teamcenter and associated PLM systems

·Investigate root causes of system, integration, data, and user issues

·Coordinate resolution activities with internal technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders

·Prioritise incidents based on business impact and agreed service levels

·Monitor incident queues and ensure timely updates and resolution progress

·Support problem management activities and contribute to preventative improvements

·Analyse recurring issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements

·Document investigations, fixes, and known error workarounds

·Support system testing, releases, patches, and change activities where required

·Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident management process

·Assist with user support, training guidance, and knowledge-base documentation

Required Skills & Experience

·Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter applications

·Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills

·Understanding of PLM processes and engineering data management concepts

·Experience investigating application, workflow, access, and integration issues

·Ability to analyse logs, system behaviour, and user-reported issues to determine root-cause

·Familiarity with IT service management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management

·Experience using ticketing/service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)

·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams

Desirable Skills

·Experience within Aerospace & Defence or other regulated engineering industries

·Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools

·Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, or access controls

·Experience supporting integrations with ERP or MES platforms

·Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or log analysis tools

·ITIL Foundation certification or similar

Remote working with occasional trips to site.

Candidates will need to have SC in place already, due to the urgency around start date. In addition, they will also need to be sole UK nationals with a minimum of 5 years UK residency
