The Role

• Conduct telephone marketing, including initial and follow-up customer contacts.
• Build and expand the customer database.
• Review arrival lists in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Support the planning and execution of sales activities, including customer events and property tours.
• Gain exposure to new areas through cross-departmental collaboration.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training in hotel operations or initial sales experience, or a strong interest in a career change.
• An open, communicative nature and a positive demeanor.
• Excellent manners and strong negotiation skills.
• A persuasive personality with a passion for active sales.
