The Role

• Coordinate schedules, manage staff absences, and optimize tour planning for care routes.
• Support the updating of care levels and ensure accurate classification.
• Provide direct care, including medication distribution, performing care tasks, and digital documentation.
• Offer professional and personal guidance to support staff, trainees, and interns.
• Foster trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Creatively contribute to daily life activities and care planning as a subject matter expert.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional.
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in elderly or general healthcare nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to others.
• Experience in tour or dispatch planning is advantageous.
