About The Role

\n

We’re working with an early stage AI company building software for the life sciences industry. They’re looking for a generalist engineer who wants broad ownership and enjoys moving between product, infrastructure, data, and AI depending on what needs to be solved.

\n

You’ll work closely with customers, ship quickly, and take meaningful features from idea through production.

\n\n

What You’ll Do:

\n
    \n
  • Build product features across large scale data pipelines, backend systems, and web applications
  • \n
  • Own significant features and areas of the codebase from start to finish
  • \n
  • Work directly with customers to understand what’s missing and turn feedback into working product
  • \n
  • Take on technically challenging projects that add new capabilities to the platform
  • \n
\n\n

What You’ll Bring:

\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of experience as a generalist software engineer
  • \n
  • Comfort working across the stack and picking up unfamiliar technical problems
  • \n
  • A computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent technical background
  • \n
  • An interest in LLMs and how they can be applied to real customer problems
  • \n
\n\n

Why You’ll Love This Role:

\n
    \n
  • Significant ownership at an early stage company
  • \n
  • Exposure to full stack engineering, data infrastructure, and applied AI
  • \n
  • Direct interaction with customers and a strong voice in the product
  • \n
  • React, Python, LLM evaluation, model training, startup, or life sciences experience is a plus
