The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers. • Build product displays and end caps to maximize shopper engagement. • Reset shelves and manage product rotation to ensure optimal sales opportunities. • Track inventory levels to support store and supplier sales goals. • Uphold the company's purpose of connecting people with enriching products and experiences. What You'll Need • Be 18 years or older. • Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Have prior sales and/or account management experience. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet to record work activities. • Reliable transportation to travel to various work locations within an assigned territory.
