Our client is a privately-owned Water Hygiene / Water Treatment specialist, with a stronghold in the Yorkshire region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a range of commercial and domestic sites across the region. Our client provides a variety of services to clients (including plumbing and equipment support) so there are excellent opportunities to train within the industry. Experience / Qualifications:-Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer-Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines-Ideally will hold industry courses / qualifications (i.e. Legionella Awareness, TMV servicing)-Flexible to travel with changing company needs-Good literacy and numeracy skill level-IT literate
The Role:-Showerhead descales-TMV servicing and maintenance-Acid descales-Flushing on little used outlets-Inspections, cleans and disinfections of cold water storage tanks-Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring-Keeping a record of works undertaken-Adhering to set deadlines
