Digital Performance Marketeer

As Digital Performance Marketeer within the central team, you are responsible for creating measurable business impact through performance marketing. You act as the SEO/GEO/SEA expert within the marketing center of excellence. You develop the performance marketing strategy and translate business objectives into a clear roadmap for execution across both central and local teams to drive alignment across international markets.

This is a vacancy to expand the team. You will team up with the current Performance Marketing Manager in the team, and work closely with the local marketers in the countries, the other central marketing specialists, and external agencies. Together as one marcom team you ensure strong execution and consistent performance improvements across countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the new international performance marketing strategy (SEO/GEO/SEA), supported by a clear roadmap and action plan: Act as a key stakeholder within the organisation, translating data into actionable insights for senior management;
• Influence and align stakeholders across markets, ensuring adoption of standard ways of working and best practices;
• Drive international paid campaigns by steering agencies and supporting central and local teams in improving bids, budget, keyword strategy and conversion;
• Support organic growth through SEO & GEO initiatives such as keyword strategy, content, link building, AI-searches and Google Business Profile optimization;
• Steer and manage performance marketing agencies and tools, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and governance.

What do you bring?

To be a successful Marketeer you are commercial minded, analytic and pragmatic. For the rest you have:

• Around 5-7 years of experience in a comparable performance marketing role, preferably in an international B2B environment, and a HBO level working and thinking;
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and the integration of SEO, GEO and SEA, with particularly solid experience in SEA;
• Experience analysing and optimising performance activities using data and dashboards, as well as reporting these to senior management;
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, SeoClarity, Yext (GoogleMyBusiness), Looker Studio or similar platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a complex international organisation;
• Fluent in English.

The role is based in Sittard for 32 to 40 hours per week. When working full-time, you can work from home one fixed day per week.
