TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer(111196-1)

Configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with primary responsibility for the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities.
· Implement and maintain reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and user notifications.
· Integrate the workplace reservation system with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory to enable secure authentication, identity synchronization, and calendar-based booking.
· Configure and administer single sign-on, role-based access, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, permissions, and booking policies.
· Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards to provide accurate reservation, occupancy, utilization, and system-performance information.
· Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis while maintaining data integrity and performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues across the integrated environment.
· Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, incident resolution, technical documentation, and coordination with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
