The Role • Lead the care of patients on the pneumology ward, performing diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopies, including EBUS and cryo-biopsy. • Conduct thoracic sonography, including drainage and biopsy procedures. • Initiate and manage non-invasive ventilation therapy in close collaboration with respiratory therapists. • Participate in the interdisciplinary ASV for lung and thoracic tumors, and contribute to on-call and consultation services. • Engage in the training and supervision of medical and nursing staff. What You'll Need • Completed board certification in Internal Medicine or Pneumology. • Proficiency in bronchoscopy is desirable, though training in advanced techniques like EBUS and Cone Beam CT is available. • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning and staff development. • Experience or interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and the advancement of the pneumology department. • Adaptability and eagerness to integrate new technologies and workflows.
