Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Long Island energy hits different.

Located in the heart of one of New York's busiest shopping destinations, our Roosevelt Field store welcomes a diverse community of members every day. From holiday shoppers discovering Gymshark for the first time to loyal customers returning for their next favorite fit, peak season is one of the most exciting times to be part of the team.

We're looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our Roosevelt Field, Long Island store from October 2026 through January 2027 on part-time schedules, with opportunities to pick up additional hours throughout the holiday season.

This isn't your typical retail hiring process. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to attend our Gymshark Seasonal Hiring Event in New York, where you'll meet the team, experience our culture firsthand, and show us what makes you a great fit for Team Gymshark.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
  • Supporting customers with sizing, fit guidance, and styling recommendations.
  • Maintaining high standards throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
  • Keeping best-selling products stocked and readily available.
  • Supporting inventory deliveries, stock organization, and operational tasks.
  • Working collaboratively with the team during peak business periods.
  • Bringing Gymshark's values to life every shift.
  • Supporting store goals through outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience in a fast-paced Retail Store environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to attend our New York Hiring Event on either October 10th or October 11th, 2026.
  • Available to begin employment from October, 2026.

SALARY RANGE

This role has a salary range between $17.00-$19.50. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
