Sales / Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and effectively position services
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Deliver professional presentations and confidently close business
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals

Success Metrics

  • Number of new client relationships developed
  • Volume of qualified opportunities generated
  • Frequency of repeat and referral business
  • Responsiveness when clients require urgent services

Qualifications

  • Strong persistence combined with professionalism; able to navigate challenging conversations while maintaining positive relationships
  • Outgoing and personable, with the ability to quickly build rapport across various levels of an organization
  • Organized and strategic thinker with a clear approach to managing a sales pipeline
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Experience in commercial sales or restoration services is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required, as driving is a key component of the role
