Job Description

We are seeking dependable, energetic Bicycle Delivery Drivers to join our Domino’s team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate orders, safe deliveries, and maintaining store cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers

  • Provide excellent customer service at every delivery

  • Accurately assemble and double-check orders before leaving the store

  • Handle cash and electronic payments following strict money handling guidelines

  • Greet customers and maintain a friendly, professional attitude

  • Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently

  • Maintain a positive and professional store image at all times

  • Assist in-store with food preparation as needed

  • Maintain store cleanliness throughout shift

  • Wear Domino’s-approved uniform at all times

  • Apron required when handling food

  • Bike drivers must wear helmets

  • Maintain professional language (no profanity or inappropriate content)

Qualifications

  • Reliable battery powered bicycle

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills

  • Reliable and punctual
