We're hiring for one of the world's most renowned and innovative cruise companies, known for its vibrant team spirit and unique onboard entertainment. This organization operates state-of-the-art TV studios at sea, producing a wide array of engaging live shows and original television formats that captivate guests worldwide.

The Role

• Oversee live broadcasts from the broadcasting control room.
• Professionally operate all broadcast-related control systems, with a particular focus on the vision mixer.
• Provide technical guidance to camera operators onboard.
• Ensure the seamless execution of visual production for live shows and TV formats.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a media designer for image and sound, or a comparable degree/training, with several years of professional experience.
• Several years of operational experience in studio production, including roles as a camera operator and vision mixer/broadcast director.
• Strong knowledge of studio technology, specifically Blackmagic ATEM Broadcast vision mixers and AxelTech's XPlayout software.
• Proficiency in non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
