SCADA and Commissioning Engineer

Lead SCADA Engineer - Contract

Location: UK Wide Projects,
Rate: £48 per hour
Contract Role - Outside IR35

I'm currently looking for an experienced Lead SCADA Engineer to support the design, integration, testing and commissioning of SCADA and control systems.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SCADA system design and architecture

• Hands-on PLC/RTU programming and integration experience

• Knowledge of communication protocols including IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3 and Modbus

• Experience with HMI configuration, telemetry and industrial networks

• Experience leading FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning activities

• Understanding of OT cybersecurity and network security

• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with project stakeholders

Ideally looking for someone who has worked on complex electrical infrastructure, automation or control system projects.
