• *The Role**
• Perform procedures associated with recording business transaction activity within the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Support month-end close processes by preparing journal entries and providing necessary documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and communications with customers.
• Handle payroll accounting, consumable inventory accounting, and prepaids/accruals.
• Maintain orderly accounting filing systems and provide audit support.

• *What You'll Need**
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with two years of experience, or five years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Solid knowledge of accounting processes, technology systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems and an understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and accrual accounting.
