Job Description

Experienced with gathering, measuring, and analyzing data to assess achievement of customer/user and business results. For example, has experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative user research to assess outcome
achievement and determine the resulting business impact. Is experienced in radiating these results to a product community. Can demonstrate with historical metrics how results were assessed and communicated
Open to growing in the craft of modern product management. Has an innate curiosity. Desires to learn the craft of taking problems to solve and innovating to emerge simple solutions that delight customers in a way that works for
the business. Is not married to the status quo orientation of output-focused process and mechanisms. Works to embrace change, not limit it. Can provide examples of past growth pursuits and instances of curiosity on engagements.
Demonstrates passion for and experience as an individual contributor on an empowered product team to achieve outcomes and KPIs. Has demonstrated influence and collaborative skills to work effectively in a team environment
