The Role • Monitor premises and patrol various locations to maintain a safe and secure environment. • Enforce client-specific regulations regarding personnel, visitors, and the premises. • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. • Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring a swift and appropriate reaction. • Deter potential criminal activity and maintain order through a visible security presence. What You'll Need • Open availability for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and weekends is mandatory. • Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; ability to remain calm under pressure. • Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with security teams. • Commitment to ethical practices and strict adherence to safety protocols. • Intermediate computer skills and at least 1 year of customer service experience. • High school diploma or GED equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
