The Role

• Assume leading specialist responsibilities for our psychosomatic adolescent unit, with the potential for full specialist leadership.
• Provide structured support for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of young patients.
• Represent the chief physician as a leading senior physician and contribute to the unit's ongoing development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or currently in the 4th year of specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with advanced psychotherapy training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Experience or willingness to take on emerging leadership tasks with dedicated onboarding support.
• Comfort with on-call duties from home in conjunction with the adult inpatient team.
