Job Description

HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + overtime and
benefits

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer looking
for your next opportunity?

We are working with a well-established and growing facilities
management business that is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC
/ Air Conditioning Engineer to join its engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied
portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out planned
preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and installations.

The Role

As an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible
for:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
on HVAC and air conditioning systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults across a range of equipment,
including split systems, VRF/VRV systems and AHUs
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor installation
works
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant
regulations and company procedures
* Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
* Providing excellent customer service while working
independently across client sites
* Participating in an on-call rota where required

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered, you will ideally have:

* Proven experience as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer
* Relevant F-Gas qualification
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working with a range of commercial air conditioning
and HVAC equipment
* A full UK driving licence
* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Additional electrical or mechanical qualifications would be
advantageous but are not essential.
