Senior Systems Engineer | Marlborough, MA | On-site | $86,800 - $165,200 USD

We're hiring on behalf of a respected leader in the global aerospace and defense industry, known for its advanced and intelligent solutions. This organization tackles complex challenges and meets the demands of a rapidly evolving market with innovation and expertise.

The Role

Lead the full lifecycle development of solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
Define, set up, and manage lab activities, including configuration and testing.
Integrate solutions within their target environment.
Coach and review the work of junior professionals.
Manage the preparation and execution of Design Reviews and testing phases.
Analyze and document system behaviors, supporting trade studies and requirements allocation.

What You'll Need

Strong experience in systems integration and testing, including procedure development, execution, reporting, and automation.
Proficiency with tooling such as Microsoft products or task management boards (e.g., Jira, IBM EWM).
A STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
An active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
