The Role

• Lead the full lifecycle development of solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
• Define, set up, and manage lab activities, including configuration and testing.
• Integrate solutions within their target environment.
• Coach and review the work of junior professionals.
• Manage the preparation and execution of Design Reviews and testing phases.
• Analyze and document system behaviors, supporting trade studies and requirements allocation.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience in systems integration and testing, including procedure development, execution, reporting, and automation.
• Proficiency with tooling such as Microsoft products or task management boards (e.g., Jira, IBM EWM).
• A STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
