HR Advisor

This could be a great opportunity to step into a varied, client-facing role where you'll work with businesses across a range of industries, helping them stay compliant and up to date with their HR documentation.

You don't need to be a seasoned HR consultant. We're looking for someone with practical HR knowledge, strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients.

Day to Day

• Meeting with around four different clients each day via video call.
• Understanding each client's business, challenges and HR requirements.
• Advising clients on HR documentation and employment-related queries.
• Drafting bespoke HR documentation, including contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
• Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through every interaction.
• Supporting existing clients with ongoing HR queries and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce relevant HR products and services.

YOU?

• Practical HR experience and a basic understanding of employment legislation.
• Someone confident communicating with clients and building rapport quickly.
• Strong written skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to research and interpret HR legislation quickly.
• Comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying new opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This is a role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, work directly with clients and develop your HR knowledge from day one.
