We need a senior Java or Python backend/full-stack engineer who uses AI as a force
multiplier in daily development. This is not an ML research or prompt-engineering role: we
want strong engineers who direct AI agents to write code, run test loops, and ship faster.
What you'll do
Architect and build high-throughput enterprise systems (microservices, cloud) with AI
assistants
Use AI agents to run continuous write-test-fix cycles: generate code, run tests, feed
failures back to the agent, and iterate until everything passes
Automate CI/CD so failed builds and regressions route straight into AI-assisted
debugging, fixes, and refactoring
Direct AI to generate test scaffolding, mocks, stubs, and synthetic data that stresstest and validate AI-written code
Set quality gates (contract tests, coverage thresholds, security scans) that decide
when AI output is production-ready
Break complex features into multi-step AI agent workflows with clear dependencies,
hand-offs, and checkpoints, and orchestrate agents across them
Take greenfield systems from zero to production
ReviewAI-generated code and mentor junior engineers on design, security, and scale
Act as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) during adoption: embed with business
teams to deploy, configure, and harden solutions in their live workflows
Turn field feedback and production issues into fast fixes and reusable patterns that
speed up each new rollout
What you bring
10+ years of backend development in Java or Python, with clear architecture
ownership
1+ year using AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM code generation) in daily production
work
Lead Software Engineer (AI-Augmented SDLC)
