AI Engineer - GenAI, Python, AI Agents, Hoboken, NJ or Remote

We have an immediate opportunity for an AI Engineer to shape how engineering teams use AI agents to build and improve production software. This staff-level, hands-on role will design workflows that help agents plan, write, test, and refine code, with clear evaluation, human review, and rollback practices.

The engineer will work with Claude Code and other LLM tools, design MCP integrations, and establish ways to measure agent output quality and detect regressions. The role also involves architecture and code across Python tooling, APIs, microservices, and web applications. Experience with Java, Node.js, React, LangGraph, or RAG systems is valuable.

Candidates should bring at least seven years of software development experience and two years building GenAI or LLM applications. Hoboken-area candidates are preferred; remote candidates may be considered and must be able to travel when needed.
