The Role

• Build and maintain customer rapport by delivering excellent service via phone and email.
• Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, working to resolve outstanding balances.
• Minimize portfolio aging by determining reasons for overdue payments.
• Meet and maintain departmental goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to minimize aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are beneficial.
