The Role

• Cleaning and visual inspection of machinery, parts, and the work area
• Disassembly of equipment and assisting with machine setup
• Monitoring production processes, identifying, and resolving issues
• Ensuring product quality throughout the production cycle
• Documenting production activities in logs and electronic systems
• Reporting and documenting errors, defects, and deviations

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification, preferably with a technical or pharmaceutical background
• Experience operating production machinery is desirable
• Basic computer application and software skills
• Willingness to work in a 2-3 shift system
• Good command of spoken and written German
• Ability to understand complex processes
• Communication and teamwork skills
• High level of reliability and independence
• Responsible and proactive work approach
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
