You’ll also play an active part in shaping how we deliver, bringing best practice and championing continuous improvement across our PMO.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations across both student and commercial projects

Take ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, and commercial performance
Create and manage detailed project timelines in Monday.com, with delivery backlogs held in Jira
Manage project administration in Salesforce, including budget tracking and billing

Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Technical Services, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth software delivery
Support pre-sales activities and pipeline planning when required, providing delivery input and effort estimates
Work as part of a wider PMO, drawing from a shared resource pool and balancing priorities across the portfolio
Help implement best practice and continuous improvement activities across project delivery
Help continuously improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting standards
What You'll Bring

A track record of managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and organised under pressure
A dynamic, proactive approach, comfortable with shifting priorities and lots of moving parts
