The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents in managing daily life tasks.
• Implement care documentation and planning according to procedures.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and doctors.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Enjoy working with older and care-dependent individuals.
