REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients Proven track record in outside sales or business development roles Knowledge of technology sales and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market Experience in account management, including upselling and cross-selling products or services Specific Work Experience: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives Lead and manage a team of sales managers and sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review Ability to work in the field Ability to drive for 8-9 hours per day Working in vehicles with each distributor from first account to last account Monitor distributors in your district Enforce rules when necessary Ability to work routes anywhere in district when needed Follow up on emails Work to lower out of stock items in all stores Frequent bending, standing, reaching, pulling PI
