Job Description

Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site We're hiring for a leading national provider of psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialized clinics, dedicated to offering top-tier therapy and care for adults and adolescents. Our team of 790 professionals provides comprehensive treatment to around 3,100 patients annually, fostering a collaborative and academically aligned environment. The Role • Organize and structure the daily clinic routine for patients and the team. • Co-facilitate therapeutic discussions, building on individual and group therapy sessions. • Provide first-line support and intervention during acute patient situations. • Lead therapy groups focusing on areas like relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping strategies. • Offer therapeutic support during mealtimes for patients with eating disorders. • Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) or Special Needs Educator (Heilerziehungspfleger). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care settings (though not essential). • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for working with others. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A curiosity for new professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
