Job Description
Dematic is seeking a Software Service Delivery Manager to lead software support and managed services for APAC clients. Based in Belrose, NSW or Notting Hill, VIC, you will oversee service performance, customer relationships, and continuous improvement for warehouse automation systems.
You will manage cross-functional teams, drive ITIL-based processes, and report on KPIs. The role requires travel to customer sites and a customer-centric, data-driven mindset.
