The Role

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and craft high-quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, adhering to policies and standards for quality, cash handling, and safety.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
• Coach and develop team members on beverage and food preparation and presentation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both partners and customers.

What You'll Need

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role with constant interaction and fulfillment of requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating the work of others.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
