Job Title: Software Engineer (Backend)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer with deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling highly available distributed systems. You will play a key role in architecting resilient backend services, optimizing system performance, and developing cloud-native applications capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
The ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer with strong Golang expertise and a proven track record of building microservices and distributed systems in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems using Go (Golang).
• Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven microservices.
• Design resilient, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling millions of requests with high availability.
• Develop and maintain microservices using modern distributed architecture patterns.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for asynchronous communication and event streaming.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Work with data stores including MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable backend solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions

• Hands-on experience with Kafka and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Experience working with Redis for caching and distributed data management.
• Strong knowledge of database design using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience debugging and optimizing distributed applications.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, networking, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:
