Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Provide functional leadership across multiple D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Manufacturing, and related business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
• Act as a bridge between functional teams, technical teams, architects, and integration specialists.
• Define integration strategies and guide implementation using APIs, Dataverse, and integration frameworks.
• Design solutions leveraging D365 F&O capabilities within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Provide guidance on Azure services, cloud architecture considerations, and connected enterprise solutions.
• Review functional designs, technical designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support solution governance, best practices, and implementation standards.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; RMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), End-to-End Solution Design, Functional & Technical Bridging, Integration Strategy & Frameworks, Finance or Manufacturing domain expertise, Azure & Cloud Ecosystem Knowledge, Dataverse & Integration Technologies.
• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional consulting.
• Strong experience in end-to-end solution design and functional solution architecture.
• Proven ability to work across functional and technical teams as a functional-technical bridge.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, with experience across multiple business areas.
• Domain expertise in Finance and Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing integration strategies for enterprise applications.
• Microsoft Azure ecosystem

• Microsoft Dataverse
• D365 integration frameworks
• Experience leading large-scale D365 F&O transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and senior business leaders.
