Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with requirements analysis and business process design.
• 7+ years of experience architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years of extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, and advanced architectural patterns.
• 7+ years of experience with all configuration and development aspects of Salesforce.
• 7+ years of experience using Shield and Lightning.
• 7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns (Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby).
• 7+ years of experience in data migration strategies and ETL tools.
• 7+ years of experience in on-platform mobile solutions and architecture.
• 7+ years of experience guiding development teams on platform technology.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GITHUB/BitBucket version control.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
  Certifications:
• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification.
• MuleSoft I and II certifications.
