The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own van stock, conduct reporting, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Solve mechanical challenges independently and make sound decisions for each customer.
• Represent the organisation with pride and provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
