Contract Senior Business Analyst

Hiring: Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to partner with business leaders, stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define and implement effective solutions.
• Support UAT, solution implementation, change management, and user adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across people, processes, and systems.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with process improvement/business process re-engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working on complex IT projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders
